We evaluate partner factories on a fixed checklist covering steel melt records, heat-treatment cycles and dimensional results, covering raw steel stock melt logs, cold-heading ball concentricity, and vacuum heat treatment cycles. Only producers maintaining continuous ISO 9001 registration and documented traceability earn standing on our vetted supplier roster.
Partner factories supply dimensional reports with each batch, and samples can be sent to an independent third-party lab for verification on request. We test sample bearings from every production master carton for Rockwell C hardness before releasing material to client loading docks.
